South Carolina House of Representatives passes bill banning abortions when the unborn baby’s heartbeat begins.

One of the best days of my life was when I went with my wife for the ultrasound. I heard my baby’s heartbeat! It was so strong and clear. I marveled at the miracle of life. This was my baby developing in my wife’s womb. I felt the creative power of God.

How can anyone see and hear an unltrasound and not see life? We thank God that we have some steps towards protecting the sanctity of life in this bill. May more laws protect the unborn.

Such a touching moment for you, Andrew Hougan. As a father – I can relate. This past Sunday, we heard our parish priest remind us of how his ministry and priesthood place him in touch with God’s creative power! Let’s pray more laws pass to protect the unborn.

Hurray! Score one more for the side of life! We pray with the priest, with the family, with the unwed mother. We pray for those in the priesthood and for those in matrimony. Our pastor always invites us to pray the Rosary for the protection of the unborn. Thank you Andrew Hougan for the update. I am the father of healthy children who have the gift of life.

Andrew Hougan – this is great news! As a Catholic father, I am praying for the unborn to be protected by laws. I join my pastor as he leads from his vocation to the priesthood and I try to lead my family from my vocation to marriage. Either way, both the priest and the married join our prayers for the safety of the most vulnerable – the unborn.
